Coupling his science-based studies in exercise and rehabilitation with his deep intrinsic understanding of human movement through dance, Andrew prefers a hands-on style of therapy. His recipe for rehabilitation includes combining soft-tissue techniques, gentle mobilizations and home prescribed exercises.
