Mobility House was started in June of 2023-born of a team who crossed paths at the first StretchLab in Canada, located in downtown Toronto. The owners had a vision to change the way that Canadians experience wellness. Mobility House aims to create a pathway for individual empowerment and accessibility to life-long healthy movement habits.

At Mobility House, we treat the whole person, not just the injury. 

We believe in Health Optimization through Movement and Expertise, or as we like to call it "HOME."

Health Care - We take every relevant detail into consideration when it comes to your treatment plan...even down to your daily lifestyle and habits. We are experts in our fields and hold ourselves to the highest standards.

Openness - Your treatment plans, pricing, etc. are fully transparent so you always know what to expect and understand the care pathways we have laid out for you. 

Manual Therapy - We will use our clinical and hands-on skills to get you moving "right" so you can get the most out of your healthy habits and routine

Empowerment - We will always advocate for every person to receive appropriate health care. Our goal is to have you reach the point in your wellness journey where you no longer rely on clinical interventions to move and feel good. We also aim to help our clinicians and staff feel confident in their ability to change lives.
