All of the clinicians at Mobility House are licensed and registered with the appropriate governing bodies. They hold relevant degrees and have completed additional training in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and injury management.
During your first appointment at Mobility House, your clinician will conduct a thorough assessment of your condition to determine the best course of treatment. This may include a physical examination, discussion of your medical history, and questions about your symptoms and goals.
Yes, Mobility House offers telehealth services for patients who are unable to attend in-person appointments. These sessions are conducted via video call, and your physiotherapist will provide you with exercises and advice to manage your condition from home.
Mobility House charges 50% of the appointment for a cancellation or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment.
We understand things happen, so if you are able to reschedule within the same week, we are happy to issue this back as a credit towards your next appointment within the same discipline.
For more than 10 no shows or cancellations within 12 hours, we will charge 100% of the appointment.
You can enter your insurance details when completing your online Intake Form before your first visit. We’ll need your insurer’s name, your identification number, plan number, and relationship to the policyholder. Once we have that, our team will add your insurance to your file before your first visit.
If your insurer isn’t listed, we won’t be able to direct bill on your behalf. But don’t worry - we’ll give you a receipt with all the information you need, including your clinician’s license number, so you can submit it to your insurer for reimbursement.
We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage details. While we’re happy to help with general questions, we’re not able to contact insurance companies on your behalf regarding specific coverage or benefits.
Most insurers allow us to perform an eligibility check before submitting a claim. Please refer to the list below to see which ones do not offer this option:
If your insurance only covers part of the cost, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file. If you prefer to use a different card or pay by cash, just let us know - we’re happy to accommodate.
At this time, we can only submit to your primary insurance policy. If you have a secondary plan, you’ll be responsible for paying the remaining balance after your appointment. We’ll provide a detailed receipt so you can easily submit to your secondary insurer for reimbursement.
