All of the physiotherapists at Mobility House are licensed and registered with the appropriate governing bodies. They hold relevant degrees and have completed additional training in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and injury management.
During your first appointment at Mobility House, your clinicianwill conduct a thorough assessment of your condition to determine the best course of treatment. This may include a physical examination, discussion of your medical history, and questions about your symptoms and goals.
Yes, Mobility House offers telehealth services for patients who are unable to attend in-person appointments. These sessions are conducted via video call, and your physiotherapist will provide you with exercises and advice to manage your condition from home.
Currently, Mobility House does not do direct billing. However, we anticipate having this available in the next couple months.
Mobility House charges 50% of the appointment for a cancellation or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment.
We understand things happen, so if you are able to reschedule within the same week, we are happy to issue this back as a credit towards your next appointment within the same discipline.
For more than 10 no shows or cancellations within 12 hours, we will charge 100% of the appointment.
