*NEW* PELVIC FLOOR Physiotherapy At MoHo

WhAT IS IT?

Pelvic floor physiotherapy focuses on assessing, treating, and strengthening the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues that support the bladder, bowel, and sexual function. This therapy plays a crucial role in addressing dysfunctions that can impact daily life, comfort, and performance.

Conditions Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Can Help With:

  1. Pelvic Pain & Tension
  2. Urinary Issues
  3. Erectile Dysfunction (ED) & Sexual Dysfunction
  4. Post-Prostatectomy Recovery
  5. Bowel Dysfunction
  6. Hernias & Core Stability Issues

How It Works:
Treatment often involves a combination of manual therapy, biofeedback, breathing techniques, and targeted exercises to either strengthen or relax the pelvic floor, depending on the individual's needs.

Since you're experienced in trigger point therapy and myofascial techniques, integrating pelvic floor considerations into your practice could complement your expertise in treating musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
